The sessions build on each other, so that gradually your safe points, your strengths, your possibilities that you had not thought of before, become visible and tangible.
Longer processes give you the opportunity to work through a problem or a blockage.
For real change to happen, you need to step out of your comfort zone, to really face up to it, to have a strong will.

3-session (1,5 hours/ session) process with horses + 1 online follow-up call
Many times we already know what we should do, we are aware of the ‘why’s’, yet no change comes.
Connecting with horses can give you the push you’ve been waiting for. Feelings, self-identity, an experience that makes the ‘how’ appear alongside your ‘why’s’. The program has great power to give a real boost to stuck states.

Group process
Rearrangement
The great strength of Group Processes is that you can get feedback on your performance from new people in new situations, in an environment where no one hunts on your weaknesses.
The sessions build on each other to see what roles you spontaneously take on in a new community, what your strengths are and where you are stuck.
In the relationship with the horse, the conscious dominance of the ego fades and inner wisdom can emerge to help you see yourself, your goals and your needs more clearly.
We look forward to welcoming you to our sessions, which are also special because with the help of your partners, you can also experience things that are not you, but someone else in the shared space.
